Celebrate Winterfest 2010. Ice sculptures will line the streets as local restaurants and retailers will offer specials throughout the weekend. Other activities include horse-drawn carriage rides, a chili cook-off, pancake breakfast, an auction with Jerry Anderson, and a children’s story time at the library. Also enjoy the “1 Mile Frostbite Fun Run,” outdoor skating, as well as winter games at City Park. Entertainment for all ages—all week long.
